Few Shot Learning - Literature Review

Abstract

During preparation for my Bachelor’s thesis, I did a series of 3 presentations on high impact papers in the field of Few Shot Learning for image classification.

I selected the following papers which achieved SOTA in past years:

• Siamese Neural Networks for One-shot Image Recognition
• Matching Networks for One Shot Learning
• Model-Agnostic Meta-Learning for Fast Adaptation of Deep Networks
• A Simple Neural Attentive Meta-Learner
